Welcome to my page! My name is Lexie and I am so excited to be sharing my blog all dedicated to life, fitness, wellness, girl talk, mindfulness, & more!

Some facts about me!:
♕ I was born and raised in Illinois an hour outside of Chicago.
♕I got my undergraduate degree from Iowa State University (Go Clones!)
♕I am currently a graduate student at Miami University-Ohio.
♕ I am a huge Chicago, Iowa State, Notre Dame, and UW-Madison sports fan!
♕ I am a huge Disney fan!
♕My favorite colors include Pink, Navy, Glitter (yes, seriously lol), Gold, and Tiffany Blue!
♕I am a HUGE nerd and love school, areas of psychology, and research.

I am also a big fan of empowerment and building a community where others can come together and bond, so I cannot wait to build a community with you! Girl, get ready for some fun, sappy, and helpful posts!
